Financial Director Job Responsibilities

1. Under the leadership of the board of directors and the general manager, take charge of the company's accounting, reporting, and budget work. 2. Formulate and manage taxation policy plans and procedures. 4. Establish and improve the company's internal accounting organization, guidance and data management system, as well as accounting and financial management regulations system. 5. Organize the relevant departments of the company to carry out economic activity analysis, organize the preparation of the company’s financial plan, cost plan, and work hard to reduce Low cost, increase revenue and reduce expenditure, improve efficiency.
Personnel manager
1. Responsible for the planning of the company's human resources work, establishing and implementing personnel procedures or regulations such as recruitment, training, attendance, labor discipline, etc.; 2. Responsible for formulating and perfecting the company's job structure, coordinating the effective development and utilization of manpower by various departments of the company, and meeting the company's management needs; 3.
